SHIPPING: 

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping on orders over £60 within mainland UK. For orders that do not meet that amount, shipping will cost £24.99.
  • A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
  • All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes.
  • UK purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to BFPO addresses.
  • Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. An additional delivery surcharge may be applied. Please call our sales office to receive a quote for delivery if you live in a remote location.

RETURNS:

Goods can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, In compliance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the customer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods, please contact our Customer Support Team for further support.

Once we have received the items, we will refund the customer using the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs in returning goods to a saleable condition where the goods have been damaged in transit or where the goods are returned in a used condition.

To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be in good condition
  • All parts and accessories must be included
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
